Brief: Design world-class Frame Relay and IP-VPN services
The Czech market is already competitive, with a number of powerful local and
international players - Contactel is a late entrant
Using market research among Czech businesses combined with best-in-class service
offerings in Frame Relay and IP-VPN in other countries, BWCS designed
the key elements of the service, pricing and service wrap
BWCS worked with Contactel's engineering and customer care teams, and with
Nortel's engineering and Preside (OSS) teams to ensure that the elements
would be in place to deliver the service the market required
BWCS created service description documents for the Product Marketing team,
which were then disseminated to sales, marketing, engineering and customer
care
