Brief: to devise a product launch and marketing strategy
BWCS carried out extensive competitor analysis and demand assessment in order
to position NewVoiceMedia's audio conferencing, network-based call centre
and VoiceXML hosting solutions
BWCS also oversaw the creation of all sales and marketing collaterals, including:
- Internal and external service specifications
- Brochures, user guides, sales presentations and press releases
- New website content
BWCS brokered a contract for NewVoiceMedia with leading UK website Friends Reunited for a hosted voice application.
