Orange Business
Brief: Improve the quality and relevance of competitor intelligence, product design processes and product offerings
BWCS researched and produced a number of business-specific competitor studies
that were sent to all Orange networks in Europe. Elements of the reports
included:
- Organisational structures
- Product development processes
- Existing and future product strategies
BWCS worked with the data product development team to capture and define specific
customer needs, product features and pricing structures for upcoming pan-European
data services
Following on from this, BWCS managed a series of RFPs to market research companies
to further determine customer attitudes towards Orange's business products
and services
